Applications

Applications should comprise two documents, as follows:-

   1) A completed application form (see below).

   2) A cover letter.

Application forms can be downloaded here. They should be completed, signed (in all the required places), scanned (as .pdf files) and e-mailed to the appropriate contact (see below) as follows:

BY HAND

If you complete the form by hand, please include the information in the first (green) section of the form in your e-mail so that it can be cut-and-paste.

ELECTRONICALLY

The form can be completed in Adobe Acrobat Reader using the Fill & Sign tool (do NOT try to complete without using the tool - it seems like it works at first, but it doesn't !). However, please do NOT electronically 'Sign' the document in the tool as we do require 'real' signatures in all the appropriate places.

Cover letters have no prescribed format and are an opportunity for applicants to explain their applications and/or make their case in a more personal way to the Committee. They should be sent in .pdf format.

Before commencing an application, it is advisable to contact them and they will be happy to discuss any applications. Completed applications, attached as .pdf documents to an e-mail, should be submitted to the same people.
